Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Kamflo, a BucXcity product, handles personal information when you visit our website, create a Kamflo account, use a Kamflo workspace, or communicate with us. In this policy, “Kamflo,” “we,” and “us” refer to the Kamflo service and its operator.
Kamflo provides customer-support tools to businesses. If a business uses Kamflo to collect information from its customers or website visitors, that business decides why it collects the information and what it asks for. The business is responsible for its own privacy notices and instructions; Kamflo processes that information to provide the service on its behalf.
Information we handle
The information depends on how you use Kamflo. It may include:
- Account and workspace details, such as your name, email address, login and authentication records, organization, role, and preferences.
- Customer-support content managed in your workspace, including chat and email messages, contact and customer profiles, tickets, notes, attachments, help-center articles, and conversation history.
- Content and settings you provide to build or operate a widget, knowledge base, or AI agent, such as uploaded files, website sources, instructions, prompts, suggested questions, and branding choices.
- Integration information needed to connect channels and services you choose, which may include account identifiers, access credentials, and message or synchronization metadata.
- Billing and transaction details, such as plan, subscription status, invoice, and payment confirmation. Checkout providers process payment-card or bank details under their own privacy terms; Kamflo receives transaction information needed to administer billing.
- Technical and usage information, such as browser and device data, log and diagnostic events, approximate network information, and product interactions. Google Analytics and PostHog may be enabled for product measurement; Google reCAPTCHA may be used in account-protection flows.
- Information you choose to include in a support request, survey, or other communication with us.
How we use information
We use information for the following operational purposes:
- To provide, maintain, secure, and support Kamflo, including routing conversations, managing workspaces, and delivering analytics you request.
- To configure and run AI features, including processing the sources and instructions you choose to use and generating responses for your agents or customers.
- To connect integrations you authorize, process subscriptions and payments, and send service, security, and billing notices.
- To diagnose errors, prevent abuse, protect accounts, measure reliability, and improve the product.
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to valid legal requests.
AI features and connected services
Kamflo can route content to AI or infrastructure providers so a feature you enable can work. Depending on your configuration, AI processing may involve Cohere or OpenAI. A workspace may also connect services such as email, Telegram, or other supported channels, and may choose a payment provider such as Flutterwave or Lemon Squeezy.
Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. The provider, data flow, and settings can vary by feature and workspace. Review the provider’s current terms before enabling a connection, and do not submit information you are not authorized to share. If you supply your own API key, the related provider account and its settings also apply.
We do not control third-party services. Their availability, security, retention, and use of information are governed by their own policies and your agreement with them.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain the account, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by information type and workspace settings; this policy does not promise a single deletion timetable.
Workspace administrators can manage or remove much of the content in their workspace. If you are a customer or visitor whose information was submitted to a business using Kamflo, contact that business first. We will handle deletion requests in line with our role, the customer’s instructions, and applicable law. Some information may remain in backups or records required by law for a limited period.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No online service or transmission method can be guaranteed secure, and we cannot promise that a security incident will never occur. Keep account credentials and API keys confidential, use access controls carefully, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights are subject to applicable legal exceptions.
For information held in a business’s Kamflo workspace, contact that business first; it is generally best placed to respond. For account information Kamflo handles directly, or if you need help reaching the workspace administrator, email us. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the request before responding.
support@kamflo.comInternational processing
Kamflo and its providers may process or store information in countries other than the one where you live. Privacy protections and government-access rules may differ. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use a permitted transfer mechanism.
Children’s information
Kamflo is a business service and is not designed for children to create accounts. A business using a public widget may receive information from people who contact it; that business is responsible for providing appropriate notices and handling that information lawfully. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information directly to Kamflo.
support@kamflo.comUpdates and contact
We may update this policy as Kamflo changes or legal requirements develop. The effective date at the top shows when the current version took effect. If a change materially affects how we handle information, we will provide notice through the service or another appropriate channel.
Questions or privacy requests can be sent to our support team. Please include enough detail for us to understand your request, but do not email passwords, API keys, payment-card details, or sensitive customer records.
