Terms

Terms of Service

These terms set out the practical rules for using Kamflo: account responsibilities, customer content, AI features, subscriptions, and the limits that apply to the service.

Effective October 2, 2026Plain-language overview; full policy details follow below

AI-generated content can be wrong or incomplete. Review it before relying on it or sending it to your customers.

The agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Kamflo, a customer-support platform offered as a BucXcity product. “Kamflo,” “we,” and “us” refer to the service and its operator. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using Kamflo, you agree to these Terms. If you use Kamflo for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept them for that organization; “you” then includes the organization.

If you do not agree, do not access or use the service. A separate written agreement signed by us may replace or supplement these Terms for the services it covers.

The service and your account

Kamflo provides tools for customer conversations, shared inboxes, tickets, customer records, team collaboration, analytics, help centers, widgets, integrations, and AI-assisted support. Features may differ by plan, workspace settings, region, and third-party availability.

You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping credentials and API keys confidential, choosing appropriate access permissions, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement where you live.

Organizations and team members

An organization controls its workspace and is responsible for inviting team members, assigning roles, managing permissions, and removing access when it is no longer needed. Organization administrators may access, review, export, or delete workspace content, subject to the features available and applicable law.

If you join an organization, its administrators may control your access and the information you contribute to that workspace. Your use of that workspace is also subject to the organization’s policies and instructions.

Acceptable use

Use Kamflo lawfully and responsibly. You must not, and must not allow others to:

  • Break the law, violate another person’s rights, or use Kamflo to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited communications.
  • Upload or transmit malware, attempt to bypass security or access controls, probe or disrupt our systems, or interfere with another user’s use of the service.
  • Use the service to build or distribute spam, commit fraud, impersonate others, or collect personal information without a lawful basis and appropriate notice.
  • Reverse engineer or copy the service except where applicable law does not allow that restriction, or use Kamflo to develop a competing service in breach of law or contract.
  • Submit information you do not have the right to use, or regulated, sensitive, or confidential information unless your use is lawful and the service and your configuration are suitable for it.

Your content and responsibilities

You or your organization retain your rights in the information, files, messages, prompts, instructions, and other material submitted to or created through your workspace (“Customer Content”). You give Kamflo permission to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and support the service, follow your instructions, and meet legal obligations.

You are responsible for Customer Content and for the notices, permissions, and lawful basis required to collect and use it. This includes content from customers and website visitors, connected mailboxes and channels, uploaded knowledge sources, and any personal information provided to AI features. You must not submit content that infringes rights or violates law.

When you connect a third-party service, you authorize the data exchange needed for the integration and are responsible for meeting that provider’s terms and keeping the connection appropriately configured.

AI-assisted features

AI features may generate summaries, suggested replies, classifications, or customer-facing responses from your content and instructions. Generated material can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular situation. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it or allowing it to reach a customer.

Do not treat AI output as professional, legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice. Configure your agents with appropriate source material and safeguards, supervise customer-facing automation, and provide human review where the impact of an error could be significant.

AI processing may use the provider and settings selected for your workspace, including Cohere or OpenAI, or a provider associated with an API key you supply. Provider terms and privacy practices apply to their processing. We do not promise that a provider will retain, use, or delete data in a particular way beyond the terms that provider makes available to you.

Kamflo intellectual property

Kamflo and its software, designs, documentation, and brand features are owned by BucXcity or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription or authorized access, in accordance with these Terms.

You may provide feedback or suggestions. We may use them without restriction or payment, but this does not transfer ownership of your Customer Content. You may use Kamflo marks only as allowed by our brand guidance or with our written permission.

Plans, subscriptions, and payment

Plan features, prices, billing frequency, taxes, and any usage limits are shown at the point of purchase or in your account. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts and billing cycle presented to you. Payments may be processed by providers such as Flutterwave or Lemon Squeezy under their own terms.

Unless the checkout or a separate written agreement says otherwise, a subscription continues for successive billing periods until cancelled. Cancellation and any resulting access end date are handled as shown in your billing settings or purchase terms. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where a refund is stated at purchase or required by law.

You are responsible for applicable taxes and for keeping billing information current. If a payment fails or an account exceeds its plan limits, we may notify you, restrict paid features, or suspend the relevant service until the issue is resolved, subject to applicable law.

Third-party services

Kamflo can connect with services we do not operate, including communication channels, AI providers, analytics tools, and payment processors. Those services may change, become unavailable, or impose their own requirements. Your use of them is governed by your agreement with the relevant provider, and we are not responsible for a third party’s products or acts.

Changes, availability, and suspension

We may update or discontinue features, make maintenance changes, or introduce usage limits as the service develops. Where practical, we will give notice of material changes that substantially reduce a paid feature during a current billing period.

We may suspend or limit access if reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users, respond to a security risk, comply with law, address non-payment, or stop a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will notify the account owner and allow a reasonable opportunity to address the issue. We may terminate access immediately where required by law or where continued use creates a serious risk.

Ending your use of Kamflo

You may stop using Kamflo and cancel a subscription through the controls provided in your account or by contacting support. An organization administrator may remove a team member’s access. We may end these Terms or your access for a material breach that is not corrected after notice, or for the reasons described above.

When access ends, your right to use the service stops. The organization should export any content it needs before closing its account. Handling and deletion of retained information are described in the Privacy Policy and remain subject to legal, security, and backup requirements.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Kamflo is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, that every integration will remain available, or that the service or AI-generated content will meet every requirement or produce a particular result.

These Terms do not exclude warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Any service commitments expressly included in a separate written agreement remain in force for that agreement.

Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct where applicable law prohibits exclusion.

To the extent permitted by law, each party’s total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees paid or payable by you for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you use the service without charge, this cap does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law. These limits apply only to the maximum extent allowed by the law that applies to you.

Applicable law, changes, and contact

These Terms are subject to the laws and mandatory consumer protections that apply to your agreement. Nothing in them removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

We may revise these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. For material changes, we will provide notice through the service, by email, or by another reasonable method. The updated effective date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use after the new Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.

Questions about these Terms or your account can be sent to our support team.
